📋 Description

• Increase the impact and reach of our campaigns and causes • Respond to current events and trending topics on social media • Develop content ideas together with colleagues from the campaigning team • Produce TikToks and Reels — from scripting and shooting to editing • Support with tweets or graphics for other platforms • Coordinate the editorial calendar and planning • Analyze content performance and further develop formats • Take on process- or project-related tasks such as organizing and facilitating meetings and workflows

🎯 Requirements

• Professional experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Editor, or in a comparable role • Experience with political, journalistic, and/or activist contexts is an advantage • Proficient in the conceptual and technical production of TikToks and Reels, including shooting and editing • On-camera experience • Ability to accurately summarize complex (and time-sensitive) political issues and present them appropriately for each channel • Excellent political knowledge • Strong prioritization skills and comfortable working to tight, news-driven deadlines • Experience using AI in editorial workflows • Willingness to be available during off-hours and on weekends • Experience in NGOs or political activism; references preferred
