📋 Description
• Provide expertise and assistance in relation to the gainful assessment process • Identify gainful occupations • Conduct labor market research with ER's/agencies regarding job availability and wage scales for a given province • Synthesize research results and report to Case Manager • Establish and maintain regional labour market/jobs database • Monitor labour market news and share information with Disability Management Service Offices staff
🎯 Requirements
• Post-secondary degree • Bilingualism (fluent in French and English) required • Knowledge of disability benefits and/or rehabilitation services is a strong asset • Strong analytical skills and researching skills • Strong organizational and time management skills • Strong problem solving skills • Well developed verbal and written communications skills; report writing skills; telephone interviews • Strong computer skills and ability to navigate various user interfaces, internet • Proficiency with the Microsoft Excel Suite • Ability to multi task and focus on results • Ability to work independently and with colleagues in remote locations
