• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders • Support quality improvements within operational teams • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements • Implement improvement plans to enhance service delivery • Provide training and support to branch teams • Travel within the region for 2 days a week, with occasional additional travel based on business needs
• Previous experience in service improvement and compliance • Previous experience conducting audits, implementing improvement plans, and providing training and support would be advantageous • Proactive approach • Keen eye for detail • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment • Ability to ensure high standards of service delivery and regulatory compliance • Excellent communication skills • Full UK driving license • Access to a vehicle • Willingness to travel within the region for 2 days a week, and potentially more according to business needs
