• Provide a professional out of hours’ telephone service to our Clients and Staff • Ensure that calls are dealt with promptly and efficiently • Escalate all medical emergencies when required
• Capable of multi-tasking • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines • Good interpersonal skills • Able to liaise with Clients and Staff • Investigation and collating of information is central to the role
• Home based • No travel
