• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. • 10+ years in IT leadership roles, with significant experience in application development and enterprise support. • Expertise in Salesforce (SFDC) configuration and administration. • Hands-on experience with Zuora CPQ for subscription billing and pricing. • Strong knowledge of NetSuite ERP and Workday HCM systems. • Familiarity with Concur for travel and expense management. • Proficiency in MuleSoft for API-led integrations across enterprise systems. • Strong knowledge of application lifecycle management, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and integration frameworks. • Familiarity with ITIL, Agile, and DevOps practices. • Proven ability to lead large teams and manage complex, global projects.
