• Lead and contribute to marketing campaign activities across channels, including web, email, social media, SEO, influencer marketing, and digital advertising. • Develop project timelines, track deliverables, and assist in execution planning for marketing campaigns. • Manage approval process and associated form factor design and production for thought leadership, campaign, digital and PR content. • Schedule meetings, manage internal communications, and maintain organized records for marketing initiatives. • Publish content across channels and platforms while adhering to brand guidelines and strategic engagement goals. • Act as a liaison between marketing, executive teams, and other departments to ensure seamless collaboration. • Oversee inventory, ordering, and distribution of branded merchandise to enhance corporate branding efforts. • Assist in coordinating company events, webinars, and sponsorship activations to ensure successful execution. • Gather campaign performance metrics and compile reports to help refine marketing strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. • 1–3 years of experience in marketing coordination, project management, or administrative support roles within a corporate or startup setting. • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media management, and branding principles. • Excellent organizational skills, ability to multitask, and high attention to detail. • Experience with marketing tools such as Marketo, Salesforce, Bizzabo, Highspot, or similar platforms. • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
