📋 Description

• Partner with executive leadership to define and execute strategic initiatives. • Translate high-level goals into actionable operational plans and KPIs. • Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements across departments. • Lead business process reengineering and change management efforts. • Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Marketing, Product, and HR to align operations with business goals. • Serve as a key liaison between executive leadership and operational teams. • Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks to monitor performance and drive insights. • Analyze business trends and provide recommendations to improve profitability and efficiency. • Manage and mentor a team of business analysts and operations specialists. • Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or related field (MBA preferred). • 8+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, or management consulting. • Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and delivering measurable results. • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). • Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. • Experience in a high-growth or technology-driven environment is a plus.
