📋 Description

• Learn to assess candidates using behavioural interview techniques • Gain understanding of psychometrics in the workplace • Improve process and documentation efficiencies supporting hiring practices • Contribute to hiring projects using advanced analytics to integrate data and draw insights • Build stakeholder relationships and help design and implement solutions to complex hiring problems • Learn company systems and platforms to solve problems and support hiring questions • Provide ticket support and answer company channel questions while learning internal processes • Support talent selection strategies and evidence-based hiring decisions

🎯 Requirements

• Exceptional academic track record from both high school and university • Undergraduate degree in a psychology or people-based subject • Advanced analytical ability using SQL • Python and/or advanced statistical analysis advantageous • Exposure to talent through university coursework, a relevant internship, or first job • Passion for working in the technology space with evidence • Strong project management skills to roadmap, plan, and deliver objectives • Professional written and spoken English • Excellent presentation skills • Drive, ambition, and curiosity • Ability to travel internationally 2–4 times a year, occasionally for two weeks • Advanced theory of psychometrics is nice to have • Deep understanding of intrinsic motivation is nice to have
