• Partnering with teams across Canva to influence strategic decisions through data. • Designing and analysing A/B tests and other experiments that drive product and business outcomes. • Building data models, dashboards, and tooling that help teams scale insights. • Defining and forecasting key metrics to track progress and surface opportunities. • Communicating findings clearly to a wide range of technical and non-technical audiences. • Uplifting the broader data community through mentorship, best practices, and collaboration.

🎯 Requirements

• You have a proven track record of using data to drive impact across products or business units. • You write complex SQL with ease and can work with large-scale datasets. • You think strategically, love solving ambiguous problems, and use data to simplify complexity. • You’re an excellent communicator and storyteller — able to translate data into compelling narratives. • You have experience with experimentation, event instrumentation, and data warehousing. • You’ve worked with tools like Python or R and bring a strong foundation in statistics or a STEM field. • You’re familiar with key tech metrics like product funnels and growth accounting. • You value data accuracy, integrity, and using your craft to enable better decisions.
