📋 Description
• Lead strategic provider partnerships to negotiate contracts • Execute contract negotiations and drive provider network strategy • Implement innovative reimbursement models • Ensure contracts meet regulatory, financial, and operational requirements • Collaborate across internal teams and support performance programs like STARS
🎯 Requirements
• 8 years related work experience • 5 years direct payer/provider negotiation experience • 2 years operational experience with value-based programs preferred • Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, healthcare management, clinical/medical science, or a related field • Master’s degree preferred • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently within the service area
