📋 Description
• Design and maintain data pipelines between Snowflake, Segment CDP, Braze, and additional platforms • Implement real-time and batch data ingestion strategies • Manage customer event tracking and identity resolution within Segment • Orchestrate personalized marketing campaigns in Braze using dynamic segmentation and behavioral triggers • Ensure data integrity and feedback loops from Braze back into Snowflake via Segment • Automate data transformations and enrichment using scripting languages • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot integration issues across platforms
🎯 Requirements
• 4 to 6 years of experience in IT environments with a strong focus on MarTech architecture. • Familiarity with insurance industry data and customer lifecycle models is a plus. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/IT, Data Science, Software Engineering. • Fluency in English • Software / Tools • Segment CDP • Braze • Snowflake • Scripting Languages (Python / JS) • Other Critical Skills • Reverse ETL • Data Orchestration Platforms • Customer Data Schema Design • Consent & Preference Management • Data modeling and ETL/ELT Pipeline • API Integrations / Webhooks • Customer journey mapping and automation logic
