📋 Description

• Capgemini is looking for a talented and experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team supporting one of the top ten insurance carriers. • This position presents an exciting opportunity to leverage cutting-edge technologies and practices to enhance the efficiency and quality of software delivery. • Our Client is one of the United States’ largest insurers, providing a wide range of insurance and financial services products with gross written premiums well over US$25 Billion (P&C). • They proudly serve more than 10 million U.S. households with more than 19 million individual policies across all 50 states. • As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for enhancing and integrating DevOps practices into our development and operational processes. • You will work collaboratively with software development, quality assurance, and IT operations teams to implement CI/CD pipelines, automate workflows, and improve the deployment processes to ensure high-quality software delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines for automation of build, test, and deployment processes. • Collaborate with development and operations teams to improve existing DevOps practices and workflows. • Deploy and manage container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes and Docker. • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability. • Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation. • Participate in incident response and root cause analysis activities. • Establish best practices for DevOps processes, security, and compliance. • Bachelor's degree with DevOps certification • 7+ years of experience in a DevOps or related role. • Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. • Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, or CircleCI. • Developemnt (JAVA or Python ..etc) - Advanced • Kubernetes usage and admin - Advanced • AI - Intermediate • CICD development - Advanced • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
