📋 Description

• Define and evolve the technical architecture of applications, ensuring their scalability, robustness and alignment with business needs • Provide technical leadership to development teams, promoting software engineering best practices and supporting technical decision-making • Ensure the quality of developed solutions from the analysis and technical design phases through implementation and delivery • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to define technological solutions and to evolve existing systems • Contribute to technological modernization and to the continuous improvement of processes, tools and architectures

🎯 Requirements

• More than 7 years of professional experience in Software Architecture • Proven experience in Tech Lead roles or as a technical leader of development teams • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with the Java EE stack, including JSF/PrimeFaces, JPA/Hibernate/JDBC, EJB, CDI and Java APIs • Experience designing and integrating services and APIs, specifically JAX-RS, JAX-WS and JAX-RPC • Experience with CORBA, WebLogic, GlassFish, Maven, Jenkins and Docker • Knowledge of web development, including HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript • Experience modeling systems using UML • Knowledge of virtualization and administration of technology infrastructure components • Knowledge of usability, ergonomics and web accessibility • Fluency in Portuguese • Leadership and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate with different teams and stakeholders • Strong problem-solving orientation and commitment to continuous improvement
