📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end Windchill PLM solution design and implementation across multiple modules and business domains • Manage configuration, customization, and integration activities to meet client-specific needs • Oversee data migration and transformation efforts, ensuring accuracy and compliance • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business goals • Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations and ensure transparency • Monitor project progress and resolve technical challenges to maintain delivery timelines

🎯 Requirements

• 10-15 years of experience in Windchill PLM development, configuration, and project leadership • Deep expertise in PTC Windchill products including PDMLink, ProjectLink, MPMLink, and QMS • Proficient in Java/J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, SQL, and debugging tools • Hands-on experience with Windchill Bulk Migration, CAD integrations, and database design • Familiar with SDLC methodologies including Agile and Waterfall • Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills • Experience managing remote teams and delivering high-quality, scalable solutions
