• Maintain and update accounting records, invoices, and payment data in company systems. • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closings and reconciliations. • Manage accounts payable and receivable and perform bank reconciliations. • Create and verify sales invoices across the company group. • Ensure compliance with tax and accounting standards in Costa Rica, Panama, and Spain. • Coordinate with external accountants and the Head of Finance to ensure timely and accurate reporting. • Prepare and organize documentation for audits, filings, and payments. • Monitor expense reports, receipts, and financial transactions for accuracy.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. • Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably within an international or multi-entity organization. • Solid knowledge of accounting principles, tax compliance, and financial reporting in Costa Rica, Panama, and Spain. • Proficient in QuickBooks and Holded, with good working knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets. • Excellent communication skills in Spanish (written and verbal) and conversational to fluent English (B2–C1). • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and a high sense of ownership in all assigned tasks. • Ownership mindset with accountability, adaptability, and motivation to grow in a fast-scaling brand. • Based in Central America (Costa Rica or Panama preferred).
