📋 Description

• Provide telephone support for e-commerce and insurance clients • Identify customer needs and provide optimal or alternative product solutions • Educate potential clients on insurance options • Provide quotes and close sales • Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and services • Stay up to date on product and policy changes • Accurately enter pertinent customer data • Make changes to existing policies • Address customer concerns with empathy and move customers toward commitment • Work effectively with AI, machine learning, data analytics, and cloud-based tools while following data governance, security, and ethical-use standards

🎯 Requirements

• Six (6) to twelve (12) months in a customer service or sales environment • Post-secondary education is highly preferred • Accident and Sickness license considered an asset but not required • Possess TICO certification or willing to become certified • Ability to pay close attention to detail and multi-task • Superb customer service skills and strong customer focus • Commitment to customer satisfaction • Fluency in French and English, written and spoken, required • Must reside in Canada; applicants residing in Quebec will not be considered
