📋 Description

• Attend roadside assistance calls • Assess situations and diagnose faults using diagnostic tools • Make practical, safety-led decisions on repair versus recovery • Communicate clearly with customers and set expectations • Operate and maintain your fully equipped van • Meet service, safety and quality standards • Work effectively with AI and data analytics tools

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a vehicle or roadside technician • Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills • Confident, calm customer communication • Comfortable using IT, mobile apps and diagnostic software • Full UK driving licence • Relevant technical qualifications (e.g., manufacturer apprenticeship or equivalent City & Guilds Parts I & II, NVQ/B-Tech diploma) • Existing EV credentials are welcome
