• This U.S.-based position begins with a traditional Language Resource Coordinator focus—supporting the recruitment and onboarding of translators and interpreters for a variety of Church translation projects. Over time, the role will transition toward designing and implementing automation solutions to improve efficiency, scalability, and data management across global language coordination efforts. • The coordinator will work closely with the Language Resource Coordination team and other Publishing Services Department teams to streamline processes, build reporting tools, and lay the groundwork for a long-term contractor CRM. This role is ideal for someone with strong coordination skills and certified technical expertise in Microsoft Power Platform tools.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (linguistics, translation, communications, information systems, or related field), or equivalent experience. • Minimum 6 years of relevant experience, including at least 1 year in project coordination or systems development. • Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse); Dynamics 365 experience strongly preferred. • Applicants must provide certified proof of competency in Power Platform and/or Dynamics 365, or strong references who can speak to completed projects. • Candidates will be asked to describe past projects using these tools, including scope, outcomes, and technical approach. • Strong cross-cultural communication skills and fluency in spoken and written English. • Proven ability to manage projects, solve problems, and communicate professionally under pressure. • Experience working in multilingual and multicultural environments. • Familiarity with recruitment and talent management processes. • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, video conferencing, and messaging tools. • Knowledge of Church doctrine, policies, and ecclesiastical structure. • Must reside and be authorized to work in the United States.
