📋 Description

• Facilitates and/or drives the stages of the innovation design process • Helps to establish and evolve the product from concept to proof of concept for user testing • Leads the UX research, design, and testing for new experiences and improvements of existing experiences • Advocates for strategic design solutions • Communicates the user experience at various stages of the design process • Delivers work that’s not only user-friendly, aesthetically engaging, but which also produces results • Assesses and optimizes the performance of new and existing features • Mentors more junior designers/researchers • Confidently presents design concepts • Conducts independent research and competitive analysis

🎯 Requirements

• Three (3) plus years of proven experience in UI/UX design • concept development • building and shipping products (web, mobile apps, responsive designs) • building and maintaining design systems • gained from working in an innovation agency, startup, tech company or large organization • High School Diploma/GED required • Bachelor’s degree in design, psychology, or research field is preferred
