• High School Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree • 5 years of healthcare IT, Epic, or healthcare experience with a Bachelor’s Degree • 7 years of healthcare IT, Epic, or healthcare experience with Associate’s Degree • 9 years of healthcare IT, Epic, or healthcare experience with High School Diploma/GED • Strong communication and facilitation skills. • Certification in Epic’s Grand Central application required (and maintained per Epic guidelines).
