📋 Description
• Provide professional, efficient, and friendly customer support via email and live chat • Assist players with account queries, payments, bonuses, verification, and general technical issues • Support players across both Sportsbook and Casino products • Maintain a strong understanding of the company’s products, services, promotions, and internal procedures • Identify, investigate, and escalate more complex or technical issues when needed • Ensure all support is delivered in line with responsible gaming policies and regulatory standards • Contribute to improving the overall customer experience through feedback and suggestions
🎯 Requirements
• Previous experience in a senior customer support role within the iGaming industry • Mandatory sportsbook knowledge and hands-on industry experience • Casino experience is a strong advantage • A good grasp of horse racing would be ideal • Fluent English, both written and spoken • Must be based in Europe and able to work on a B2B / contractor basis • Strong communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple queries effectively • Comfortable working remotely and independently • Flexible to work shifts across Monday to Sunday
