📋 Description
• Oversee the County’s Enterprise Resource Planning product suite (SAP) • Manage relationships with outside vendors • Set departmental goals, timelines, and priorities of work • Supervise and evaluate staff • Ensure licensing compliance under SAP authority • Manage and plan all budget-related processes for the ERP department • Provide education about ERP team services across the County
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university plus 12 years’ experience in information technology • Eight (8) years of experience supporting ERP systems, including four (4) years of ERP supervisory experience • Experience leading at least one large-scale ERP implementation
