📋 Description

• Develop and execute account management strategies to drive sales growth and achieve targets • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, serving as the primary point of contact • Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with customers to deliver valueadded solutions • Conduct regular business reviews with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth • Manage and grow key accounts to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction • Deliver tailored solutions to meet customer needs and exceed expectations

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in account management or sales • Proven track record of managing key accounts and driving revenue growth • Proven ability to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite • Proven negotiation skills • Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics • Ability to effectively manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Continuous learning mindset and willingness to adapt to changing market trends • Strong communication and negotiation skills • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities • Excellent organizational and time management skills • U.S. citizenship, U.S. permanent residency, or protected status under asylum or refugee provisions required due to U.S. export control laws
