📋 Description

• Lead and deliver complex BMS projects from design through commissioning • Engineer, implement, and document electronic BMS systems • Identify customer needs and translate them into workable solutions • Produce hardware BMS design deliverables from specifications and construction drawings • Support the Project Manager with planning, scheduling, and quality assurance • Develop detailed BMS designs, control strategies, and HVAC integration plans • Manage project performance and technical execution • Develop and manage risks and opportunities • Generate BMS databases and required documentation • Generate schematics for BMS panels and other controls diagrams • Assist sales with project estimates

🎯 Requirements

• Engineering degree or considerable experience within an Electrical/Electronic field • At least 5+ years of BMS/HVAC engineering experience • Expertise in electronic BMS systems, including hardware and software • Expertise in Niagara Framework design and commissioning • Proficiency in CPO Studio for control logic development and system configuration • Good understanding of IT infrastructure and remote system interconnections • Expertise in Control Panels design and/or Motor Control Centres design • Solid understanding of high-end BMS applications • Proactive/self learner of new products and applications • Ability to find solutions to complex problems • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client and team interactions • Ability to be organised, logical, and achieve agreed delivery deadlines
