📋 Description

• Responsible for supervising the daily activities and workflow of the department • Assign tasks, support staff, monitor results and report to senior management • Oversee and maintain expertise in assigned areas of specific responsibility • Direct daily operations of intake in accordance with patient care needs and strategic plan • Create work schedules, implement guidelines, conduct staff meetings, and update personnel • Manage recruitment, hiring, training, evaluation, and competency of personnel • Monitor performance and compliance of reporting personnel • Initiate disciplinary action and recommendations for corrective action • Ensure achievement of productivity standards and adherence to regulations • Act as a resource to resolve problems and answer questions regarding intake operations

🎯 Requirements

• High School graduate required. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required. • 1 year leadership experience in a professional environment or other health care environment preferred. • Computer skills and Microsoft office products experience preferred.
