📋 Description

• Leads DSNP bid development strategy, execution, and submission activities across all applicable states and plan years. • Interprets CMS guidance, Final Rules, and HPMS memos to inform DSNP bid design and compliance requirements. • Partners with Actuarial, Finance, Compliance, Product, and Operations to ensure bid accuracy, alignment, and feasibility. • Oversees benefit design decisions, supplemental benefit strategy, and competitive positioning for DSNP products. • Manages CMS Model Materials Timeline. • Provides leadership on mid-year benefit changes, plan corrections, and CMS resubmissions as needed. • Conducts bid reviews and risk assessments to identify financial, operational, and regulatory exposure. • Maintains bid documentation, assumptions, and audit-ready artifacts for internal and external review.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in project management, Business, Computer Science or related field required • Master's degree in related field preferred • Equivalent years of relevant work experience may be accepted in lieu of required education • Seven (7) years DSNP Product Experience required • Five (5) years DSNP Bid Support/Experience required • Five (5) years Leading DSNP Initiatives required • Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Project, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, Teams, Outlook, etc. • Experience working in project management software is required • Deep understanding of project management processes, techniques and tools, and development lifecycle (ideally Agile) required • Strong experience in the healthcare payer industry and knowledge of Medicaid and Medicare preferred.
