📋 Description

• Own CRM governance and data hygiene, including forms, workflows, lists, notifications, and object associations; archive inactive or duplicate records. • Design and maintain lead stages, routing, scoring, and qualification criteria with the sales team, including website forms routing into HubSpot. • Build executive and team dashboards and reports covering new business, wins and losses, cross-sell opportunities, pipeline activity, revenue trends, and forecasting metrics. • Support email campaign setup and tracking, segmentation, automated workflows, and webinar and event promotion in HubSpot. • Maintain source attribution and ROI tracking. • Connect LinkedIn and prospect research, enrichment, and outreach tools to HubSpot, and vet prospect data before it enters the CRM. • Translate sales and marketing needs into practical CRM workflows, standardize processes across multiple firms, and reduce manual work through automation. • Serve as the internal HubSpot expert, troubleshoot user issues, document the system, and help the team adopt HubSpot using available training resources. • Coordinate with outside CRM and marketing technology vendors and recommend system improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in sales, revenue, or marketing operations with HubSpot as the primary CRM. • Hands-on HubSpot administration across sales and marketing; experience with Professional-tier Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs preferred. • Track record improving CRM data quality and building dependable pipelines, workflows, and reports. • Good judgment about when to automate and when a person needs to review the work. • Clear communication and the ability to turn sales and marketing needs into practical systems. • HubSpot certifications preferred. • Experience standardizing processes across multiple business entities, or integrating LinkedIn, prospecting, or enrichment tools with HubSpot, a plus.
