📋 Description
• Build a customer specific strategic plan for Co-Op stills & IC • Work collaboratively to ensure tailored annual plans for customers • Meet regularly with the Commercial Buying Analyst & Category Manager at Co-Op • Support the Co-Op Softs Senior National Account Manager with development and execution of strong annual JBP • Be responsible for deployment of the WAMOC plan (winning at the moments of choice) • Work with the Supply Chain collaboration manager for accurate forecasting of customer volumes • Track performance of your accounts, implementing course correct tactics as necessary • Support the delivery of the Co-Op soft’s P&L
🎯 Requirements
• Strong commercial acumen to enable development of tailored account plans • Understanding and confidence with P&L management and ownership • Strong persuasive selling and negotiation skills • Excellent interpersonal skills and written and oral communication skills • High attention to detail and organisational skills • A highly developed influencing style • Proficient in priority setting, planning and time management
