📋 Description

• Define and own the multi-year product strategy and roadmap for secondary mathematics • Manage and mentor a team of Product Owners, fostering growth and accountability • Partner across Engineering, UX, Marketing, and Sales to bring big ideas to life • Identify market opportunities and validate customer needs to stay ahead of the curve • Prioritize investments based on business value and customer impact • Represent the product line in executive forums and champion its success internally and externally

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Education, Computer Science); MBA or advanced degree a plus • 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in EdTech or SaaS • Strong strategic thinking and analytical problem-solving skills • Proven ability to define and deliver product strategies that drive measurable business outcomes • Experience managing and developing high-performing teams • Strong business acumen with the ability to balance strategic vision and operational execution • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills at all levels
