📋 Description

• Build, configure, and optimize Epic Healthy Planet functionality to expand system utilization • Partner with clinical, operational, and analytics teams to identify opportunities for improved population health management • Develop and enhance registries, care gap reporting, quality measures, and population health workflows • Support data extraction, reporting, and performance improvement initiatives • Troubleshoot system issues and provide break/fix support for Healthy Planet functionality • Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and optimization efforts • Translate business and clinical requirements into scalable Epic solutions • Support training and adoption efforts to increase end-user engagement with Healthy Planet tools

🎯 Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience as an Epic Analyst with Healthy Planet certification required • Strong hands-on build experience within Epic Healthy Planet (population health) • Proven ability to configure and optimize existing Epic Healthy Planet environments • Experience working in large healthcare systems and population health initiatives preferred
