📋 Description

• Provide voice-based customer service with a humanized and empathetic approach, focusing on personalized solutions to meet customer needs • Dynamically offer our financial products and services with the aim of building customer loyalty and ensuring the best outcome for the client • Meet and exceed sales targets, with the opportunity to earn performance-based rewards • Welcome customers, answer questions, and handle requests with excellence, ensuring complete customer satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma (complete) • Sales experience is a plus • Availability to work a 6x1 schedule (Monday to Saturday) • Clear and concise communication • Customer service techniques • Active listening and customer needs analysis • Time management and prioritization of tasks • Proactivity and a drive to make a difference • Ability to work in a team and seek creative solutions to delight customers • Passion for challenges and results-oriented mindset
