📋 Description

• Design and implement new KPIs and generate insights and in-depth analyses for the Fraud Prevention area. • Lead weekly performance meetings and closely monitor metrics to identify behavioral deviations (and recommend corrective actions). • Manage and execute action plans to ensure efficiency and rapid resolution of issues across the ecosystem. • Actively contribute to continuous process improvement, ensuring full alignment with the area's strategic objectives.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience with SQL for data manipulation, building and maintaining ETLs, and experience in Business Intelligence (BI). • Experience handling large volumes of data using PySpark (or similar tools) and advanced SQL. • Ability to identify, monitor, and model behavioral deviations in risk indicators. • Ability to work collaboratively and flexibly in a remote environment. • Commitment to continuous improvement and innovation in fraud prevention processes. • Strong interest and engagement in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Agents.
