• Partnering with operational teams to provide practical, day-to-day EHS advice and support • Supporting field engineers, depot teams and managers in identifying hazards • Driving compliance with UK Health & Safety legislation • Conducting regular site inspections, audits and safety tours • Supporting incident investigations, identifying root causes and implementing effective corrective actions • Developing and delivering EHS training and toolbox talks • Reviewing and supporting Risk Assessments and Method Statements for operational activities • Maintaining accurate EHS records and supporting reporting
• Previous experience in a hands-on Health & Safety role supporting field operations • NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent) • Strong knowledge of UK Health & Safety legislation and best practice • Experience conducting audits, inspections, incident investigations and risk assessments • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Full UK Driving Licence
