📋 Description

• Carrying out commissioning and maintenance of our heat pumps for end customers and site operators • Providing service-oriented advice to our customers, including heating contractors, by phone and on-site to ensure high customer satisfaction • Supporting your colleagues in the technical field service across a wider area of your operating region • Taking on on-call duty with the goal of assisting our customers as quickly as possible

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training in a relevant trade, e.g., plant mechanic for sanitary/heating/air-conditioning (SHK), mechatronics technician specializing in refrigeration, electronics technician for energy and building services, or electrician/electrical installer; ideally further qualification as a master craftsman (Meister) or technician • Professional experience in customer service, e.g., in heating, refrigeration, or HVAC (air conditioning and ventilation) technology • In possession of a refrigeration certificate (Category 1); Category 2 is an advantage • Valid driving license class B • Good written and spoken German
