📋 Description

• Commissioning and servicing heat pumps at end customers’ sites and for system operators • Providing service-oriented telephone and on-site advice to customers from heating contractors • Supporting colleagues in technical field service across the wider service area • Taking on on-call duties to provide customers with rapid support • Troubleshooting and repairing heat pumps • Field-based work in the Templin region

🎯 Requirements

• Completed relevant vocational training as an HVAC and plumbing systems mechanic, refrigeration mechatronics technician, electronics technician for energy and building technology, or electrician/electrical installer • Further training as a master craftsperson or technician preferred • Professional experience in customer service, such as heating technology, refrigeration technology, or air conditioning and ventilation technology • Category 1 refrigerant handling certificate required; Category 2 certificate advantageous • Valid Class B driving licence • Good written and spoken German • Strong customer focus and willingness to travel • Technical aptitude and an affinity for heating solutions
