📋 Description

• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships with hyperscalers and colocation providers • Develop tailored one-stop-shop solutions for new facilities, chillers, airside systems, controls, and service • Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction through proactive support and rapid issue resolution • Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets • Acquire new customers, develop proposals, and lead successful negotiations • Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies • Coordinate internal Engineering, Operations, and Customer Service teams to ensure successful project delivery • Provide regular reporting on project status, sales pipeline, and decision-making processes • Work closely with product experts and the technical team • Represent the company at industry events and conferences

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field • Basic technical understanding of HVAC systems is advantageous but not required • At least 5 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development—ideally in the data center or technology sector • Proven experience managing large, complex customer accounts and a track record of sales success • In-depth knowledge of hyperscalers, cloud service providers, and the data center market • Excellent communication, negotiation, and teamwork skills • Ability to translate technical concepts into business solutions • Strong project management and organizational skills • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office • Willingness to travel up to 30% for customer meetings and industry events
