📋 Description

• Provide engineering oversight and support across assigned regions. • Review and validate regional engineering outputs, including BAS Long Lead Equipment (LLE) submittal packages, control drawing submittals, system-specific BOMs, as-builts, O&Ms, graphics, and scripts. • Provide support to other regions as needed. • Maintain and monitor engineering activities using ASANA. • Partner with HQ Engineering Manager for control drawings and modernize legacy systems. • Design and program advanced building automation systems. • Develop intuitive interfaces for building automation systems.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma/ GED • 8+ years of experience in HVAC, Building Automation, or Controls systems. • 5+ years of experience working in a data center environment. • Must be willing to travel up to 10% (domestic and international). • Bachelor's degree or higher in an engineering or construction discipline (preferred) • Experience interpreting architectural, mechanical, electrical, BAS, EPMS, and civil plans, specifications, and contract documents. • Proficient in advanced functions of building automation software and engineering tools, with preference for Automated Logic WebCTRL software. • Strong time management skills. • Thorough understanding of electrical and mechanical building systems. • Team player with a positive attitude. • Ability to report to assigned work location reliably.
