📋 Description

• Commissioning and maintaining heat pumps at residential customers’ premises and at system operators’ sites • Providing service-oriented advice to customers of heating companies by telephone and on site to ensure customer satisfaction • Supporting colleagues in technical field service across the wider area surrounding the assigned territory • Participating in the on-call service rota to provide customers with assistance as quickly as possible • Working as a Field Service Technician in the Potsdam-Mittelmark region to support sustainable energy solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Completed relevant vocational training as a Plant Mechanic for Sanitary, Heating and Air-Conditioning (SHK) Systems, Refrigeration Mechatronics Technician, Electronics Technician for Energy and Building Technology, or Electrician/Electrical Installer • Further training as a master craftsperson or technician preferred • Professional experience in customer service, for example in heating technology, refrigeration technology, or air-conditioning and ventilation technology • Category 1 refrigerant handling certificate required; Category 2 certificate is an advantage • Valid Class B driving licence • Good written and spoken German • Strong technical aptitude • Strong customer focus • Willingness to travel
