📋 Description

• Identify bid opportunities, prepare responses, and lead negotiations with potential clients • Manage and sell Technical Turnkey solutions • Develop new leads and collaborate with sales and business development teams to grow the customer base • Manage and nurture relationships with prospective key accounts, influencing new business opportunities • Attend industry trade shows and events to enhance company visibility and attract potential clients • Work autonomously from home, managing schedule and client engagements • Prepare and generate quotations, ensuring accurate and competitive pricing • Support the management team representative on prospective target accounts or territories • Drive outside sales activities and represent the company's interests • Identify prospects, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in mechanical HVAC sales • At least 5 years of relevant experience within the HVAC or related industries • Ability to work in a highly collaborative and dynamic environment • Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively develop expectations and relationships with internal and external customers • Self-motivated and able to manage many simultaneous projects and responsibilities • Comfortable in a technical environment utilising Microsoft based computer software • Outstanding sales and negotiation skills • Goal-orientated with strong time management and organisational skills
