📋 Description

• Assist in organizing and managing Cartpanda events (company-owned and partner events). • Book airline tickets and hotel accommodations. • Provide the team with support on event-related information and requests. • Liaise directly with suppliers and partners for quotes, coordination and overall event organization. • Support the creation and assembly of gift, rewards and experience kits.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in events, brand activations, or experiential marketing (experience with digital marketing events is a plus). • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office. • Advanced English. • Availability to travel for work. • Proactive and able to work autonomously. • Organized with strong attention to detail. • Creative with good communication skills.
