📋 Description

• Strategic development and expansion of our B2B business • Establish long-term collaborations with repair shops, insurers, dealerships & partners • Develop use cases (e.g., replacement vehicles, test fleets) • Manage key accounts throughout the entire lifecycle • Proactively reach out to new partner companies (outbound) • Reactivate existing contacts within the automotive sector • Deliver presentations and pitches to decision-makers • Analyze partner volume and derive sales measures • Support the design of commission and referral models • Work closely with Product & Marketing • Provide personalized support to partners

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of sales experience in the automotive industry (leasing, mobility, dealerships, etc.) • B2B sales experience with long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders • Strong in presenting, follow-up, and strategic closing • Ability to activate networks, build relationships, and close deals reliably • Patience and a results-oriented approach • Comfortable working with CRM systems, data, and processes • Fluent German language skills in written and spoken form (C2 level or equivalent)
