• Recruit, engage, and onboard participants into employability programmes • Provide high-quality Information, Advice and Guidance • Deliver personalised employability support, including mindset and confidence development • Provide strengths-based interview preparation, job-search assistance, and CV/application material creation • Match participants to jobs, apprenticeships, and work experience opportunities • Shortlist opportunities, prepare job packs, arrange interviews, and support applications • Provide sustained in-work support and maintain regular contact for at least six months • Contribute to job fairs, workshops, and community partnerships • Use case management systems effectively and communicate in a timely manner • Ensure compliance with contractual and organisational requirements • Maintain professional standards and comply with safeguarding/Prevent, health and safety, equality and diversity policies • Identify and manage risks and areas of underperformance • Support achievement of hub outcomes and participant goals • Report to the relevant Service Manager

🎯 Requirements

• Experienced Career Coach • Ability to recruit, engage, and onboard participants into employability programmes within set timescales • Ability to provide Information, Advice and Guidance • Ability to deliver personalised employability support • Experience or ability in mindset and confidence development • Strengths-based interview preparation • Job-search assistance • Creation of CVs and application materials • Ability to shortlist opportunities, prepare job packs, arrange interviews, and support applications • Ability to provide sustained in-work support for at least six months • Effective use of case management systems • Compliance with contractual and organisational requirements • Commitment to safeguarding, health and safety, equality and diversity, and continuous self-development • Strong interpersonal skills • Approachable, adaptable, and supportive approach • Ability to develop strong rapport
