• Serve as a central point of coordination for Executive Team priorities, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and timely execution. • Manage complex scheduling and logistics across multiple time zones for executive meetings, retreats, and global travel. • Provide high-level project management for executive initiatives, including agenda setting, meeting preparation, and follow-up on action items. • Draft and refine executive communications, presentations, and briefing materials for internal and external audiences. • Partner with leadership to develop quarterly board meeting agendas that reflect organizational priorities and enable timely decision-making. • Manage administrative processes related to board governance, including minutes, resolutions, compliance tracking, and documentation of board actions. • Lead scheduling and logistics for board and committee meetings, ensuring all meetings are well-prepared, with materials distributed in advance and aligned with meeting objectives. • Partner with the Executive Director to ensure board-related activities are integrated into organizational planning and leadership communications.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience • At least 5 years in a senior administrative or management role supporting executive leadership and nonprofit boards • Deep understanding of nonprofit governance and board operations • Skilled at building trust and fostering collaboration with senior leaders, board members, and external stakeholders • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a focus on efficiency and quality in all processes • Proven ability to manage complex projects and competing priorities with discretion and independent judgment • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities in a fast-paced, global environment • Exceptional written and verbal skills, able to synthesize complex information for diverse audiences • Bachelor's degree required.
