• Own, manage, and continuously refine the product backlog to ensure it is clear, prioritised, and actionable. • Translate product strategy and discovery insights into well-defined user stories and acceptance criteria. • Lead backlog refinement and sprint planning, ensuring clarity of priorities and scope. • Act as the primary point of contact for the development team for requirements clarification. • Validate delivered work against acceptance criteria and Definition of Done (DoD). • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback.
• Experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role in an agile environment. • Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and product development practices. • Ability to translate product strategy into clear, actionable user stories and deliverables. • Experience managing and prioritising a product backlog. • Experience working closely with customers or within the industry. • Ability to apply domain expertise to shape requirements and improve solutions. • Understanding of relevant regulatory, commercial, or operational considerations (where applicable). • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence or similar. • Comfortable working with technical teams and understanding dependencies and constraints.
