📋 Description

• Manage the delivery of outsourced accounting and financial reporting services for not-for-profit clients • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients • Lead, coach, and develop accounting professionals • Oversee client onboarding activities • Review financial statements, management reporting packages, reconciliations, and other client deliverables • Support clients with budgeting, forecasting, grant reporting, and board reporting requirements • Monitor engagement performance, resource utilization, and client satisfaction • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through process enhancements and technology solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field • CPA preferred • 7+ years of progressive accounting experience • Management experience within a public accounting firm • Not-for-profit accounting experience required • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, grant accounting, and fund accounting principles • Experience leading and developing accounting professionals • Strong project management, organizational, and client relationship management skills
