📋 Description

• Provide customer support via phone, email, chat, and social media. • Answer questions about products and services, attracting and retaining customers. • Maintain and update customer records in CRM systems. • Identify and escalate areas for improvement. • Re-engage customers identified through satisfaction surveys. • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and adherence to company standards. • Follow company communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

🎯 Requirements

• Native or fluent German speaker (C2); good command of English (Minimum B1) is a plus. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to different customer needs. • Motivated, proactive, and a strong team player. • Must be legally eligible to work in Turkey (this role does not include visa sponsorship).
