📋 Description
• Lead and manage daily accounting operations, overseeing a team of ~8 accountants. • Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end close processes. • Prepare and review financial reports in accordance with GAAP. • Support internal and external audit processes. • Collaborate with FP&A and other departments to support budgeting and forecasting. • Drive process improvements and support system enhancements. • Maintain and enforce internal controls and accounting policies.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (CPA not required). • Proven experience in financial reporting and general ledger management. • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas). • Experience with Great Plains and/or OneStream is a plus, but not required. • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop accounting teams. • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
