📋 Description
• Develop and implement a PMO strategy aligned with IT consulting delivery models and client expectations. • Lead a team of project and program managers delivering enterprise IT solutions (e.g., cloud migration, ERP implementations, cybersecurity, digital transformation). • Define and enforce PMO governance, delivery standards, and scalable methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid). • Manage a portfolio of complex, multi-phase IT consulting projects across industries such as healthcare, finance, manufacturing, and government. • Monitor project health, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client satisfaction. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery efficiency and reduce time-to-value.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred. • 10+ years of experience in IT project/program management, with 5+ years in a PMO leadership role within a consulting or professional services environment. • Proven success in leading enterprise IT projects and building PMO capabilities. • Strong understanding of IT delivery models, systems integration, and client engagement. • PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or Agile certifications strongly preferred. • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Smartsheet).
