• Owns the enterprise-wide Master Data Management (MDM) program portfolio, spanning platform delivery, data-quality uplift, and ongoing value realization. • Provides vision, OKRs, and benefit tracking for all MDM initiatives while integrating them with adjacent data-governance, analytics, and AI programs to maximize business impact. • Lead the vision, roadmap, and budget for the enterprise MDM program. • Define OKRs, benefit-realization targets, and risk/issue logs; align all initiatives with corporate data-governance strategy and report progress to senior leadership. • Orchestrate the enterprise data-governance framework, chair stewardship councils and working groups, and drive cadence-based collaboration to resolve data conflicts, assign ownership, and formalize stewardship roles. • Partner with Data Engineering, Architecture, Analytics, and IT to deliver scalable MDM tooling and integration patterns (batch, API, real-time). • Own release planning, vendor management, and SLA/performance monitoring across customer, product, vendor, and other domains. • Define the stewardship operating model, establish RACI/accountability matrices, and train business stewards on workflows, tooling, and KPIs to embed data-quality ownership in daily operations. • Drive adoption of enterprise data standards, golden-record definitions, match/merge rules, survivorship logic, and approval workflows; conduct periodic audits to ensure policy compliance and remediate gaps. • Develop and execute the stakeholder-engagement and communications plan to build awareness, sponsorship, and adoption. • Define, track, and publish MDM KPIs (e.g., data-quality score, duplicate rate, completeness). Conduct maturity assessments, gather feedback, and lead continuous-improvement sprints to optimize processes, technology, and governance.
• 8+ years of professional experience in data management, governance, or business data operations • 5+ years in MDM program ownership or data governance leadership roles • 3+ years implementing enterprise-scale MDM platforms (Informatica, Reltio, Semarchy, Profisee, or equivalent) • Proven success leading cross-functional programs with matrixed stakeholder alignment • Deep understanding of MDM principles, data governance frameworks, and stewardship operating models • Expertise in managing data domains such as Customer, Product, Vendor, and Location • Working knowledge of MDM technical architecture, integration methods (ETL, API), and data pipelines • Experience leading platform deployments with IT and data engineering teams • Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Services, and Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate) • Proficient in defining and tracking data quality KPIs and building executive dashboards • Demonstrated experience designing and facilitating executive governance meetings and data working groups • Excellent communication, facilitation, and change management skills • Ability to translate complex data challenges into strategic and tactical plans aligned with business priorities • Strong familiarity with data classification, access controls, and compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR)
