• Manage day-to-day operations across multiple short-term rental properties • Handle bookings, calendars, and guest communication with professionalism • Coordinate cleaning, maintenance, and turnovers efficiently • Ensure consistently high guest satisfaction and strong review ratings • Implement and refine dynamic pricing strategies • Monitor market trends and competitor activity • Optimize listings to maximize occupancy and revenue • Identify opportunities to improve operational performance • Use Property Management Systems (PMS) to streamline workflows • Automate guest communication and operational processes • Maintain accurate, up-to-date property and booking data • Ensure compliance with applicable short-term rental regulations • Apply industry best practices to minimize risk and improve efficiency • Maintain consistency and quality across all properties
• Proven experience managing short-term rental properties • Strong understanding of pricing strategies, booking flows, and guest management • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple properties efficiently in a remote environment • Experience with PMS platforms and automation tools (Preferred) • Knowledge of short-term rental regulations and compliance (Preferred) • Strong communication and customer service skills (Preferred) • Results-driven mindset with a focus on growth and performance
